Post-Construction Cleaning in Toronto & the GTA
A renovation or a new build-out is exciting — until you walk into the finished space and see what construction leaves behind. Fine dust on every surface, paint specks on the glass, labels and debris in corners, and a film on the floors that regular cleaning will not shift. That is where post-construction cleaning comes in. It is the step between the builders handing over the keys and the space actually being ready for people.
What's included
- Fine dust removed from all surfaces, including high ledges, light fixtures, vents, and window frames
- Windows and glass cleaned, including stickers and paint specks
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, ready for use
- Kitchens and washrooms cleaned
- Fixtures, switches, and fittings wiped down
- Debris, labels, and leftover materials cleared away

Who it's for
Builders, renovators, property managers, and businesses moving into newly built or recently renovated space in Toronto and the GTA.
Typical schedule
Post-construction cleaning is project-based, not recurring. Most jobs run in two stages — a rough clean once the heavy work is done, then a final clean just before handover. We schedule around your handover date.
How is post-construction cleaning different from regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps a lived-in space tidy. Post-construction cleaning deals with construction dirt — drywall dust, adhesive and grout residue, paint — and brings a space nobody has lived in yet up to a standard where people can walk in comfortably.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the space and how much work was done. We give you a time estimate with the quote, after a walkthrough or a look at the scope.
Can you work while other trades are still finishing up?
Yes, for the rough-clean stage. The final clean happens once the trades are out, so the space stays clean for handover.
