Pressure Washing in Toronto & the GTA
The outside of a building takes everything the weather and the street throw at it — dirt, salt, gum, grease, and grime ground into concrete. Pressure washing strips it off with high-pressure water, so sidewalks, parking areas, and entrances look cared for again. For ground-in grease, we use heated water — that is power washing, and it is part of the same service.
What's included
- Sidewalks and walkways cleaned
- Parking areas and driveways washed
- Building exteriors and facades washed down
- Entrances and steps washed
- Loading docks and service areas cleaned
- Garbage and dumpster areas cleaned
- Gum, grease, and ground-in dirt treated where it has built up
- Heated-water washing (power washing) where grease or heavy grime calls for it
Who it's for
Property managers, retail plazas, restaurants, warehouses, and any commercial property whose exterior has not had a proper wash in a while.
Typical schedule
Most properties book a wash in spring or summer, once or twice a year. High-traffic entrances and restaurant areas often need it more often. One-time washes are available before a sale, a lease, or an event.
What is the difference between pressure washing and power washing?
Pressure washing uses unheated water at high pressure. Power washing adds heat, which helps on grease and ground-in grime. We use the method that fits the surface and the dirt — it is the same service, and the same crew.
Can pressure washing damage surfaces?
It can if the pressure is wrong for the material. We set the pressure and the nozzle to the surface we are washing, and we test a small area first on anything delicate.
Do you need access to water on site?
Yes, we need a water connection on the property. We will confirm that with you when the job is booked.
